Rates
I have a standard hourly rate of $65 with a one hour minimum. Time after the first hour is clocked at half-hour intervals. My rates are very competetive in the Louisville area. You won’t find an equally experienced technician for less.I don’t have a regular travel fee but I can’t travel across the state for free either. Please see my On Site page for more information.
Regarding payment, I accept cash, checks, money orders, PayPal, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All invoices are to be payed upon completion of the job.
Most of the time I can see my clients within 48 hours. If you needed me yesterday and absolutely must have me right now, then rush or emergency work is available but with a 30% charge over the total cost of the job.
Flat Rates
For my most common jobs I have set up some standard flat rates. Some people really like having flat rates, and I understand that. I have a comparison below between the leading “geek” service and my own flat rates for various jobs. If you want the flat rate, you must specify this when we speak. By default, I bill hourly.
